ABOUT TERRI
Terri served in the United States Air Force as a JAG (military lawyer) and retired as a Colonel after 29 years of combined active duty and reserve service.
​
Terri is a former State Representative from 2015-2022, serving the citizens of House District 20. She is proud that a significant number of the bills she carried came from issues raised by people in the district and local officials in El Paso County.
​
During her tenure in the State Legislature, she was known for her successful legislation. Here are a few of her legislator awards:
